Nate Miller has spent years running—from his past, his addiction, and the mistakes that cost him his family. A Physician Assistant and divorced father of two, he has resigned himself to a life of solitude, convinced that true love isn’t in the cards for him. Just when he’s come to accept that the woman of his dreams exists only in his imagination, she walks into his life.

Dr. Annie Walker doesn’t fit the mold of a prestigious Mayo Clinic neurosurgeon—not with her tattoos, her beat-up truck, and her refusal to play by the rules. At just thirty-four, she’s already a world-renowned expert in glioblastomas, a career milestone she once thought would bring her fulfillment. But after an unexpected encounter with an intriguing man and his two children, she begins to wonder if she’s been chasing the wrong dream all along.

Their connection is undeniable, their passion immediate. But when the dark secret Nate has been hiding threatens to destroy everything, he’s forced onto a path of painful self-discovery. As he fights for sobriety, redemption, and a second chance with the people he loves, he and Annie must confront the question that lingers in both their hearts—does fate truly have a plan, or are some love stories never meant to be?

RELEASE ME is a deeply emotional novel about addiction, recovery, and the power of second chances, perfect for fans of Nicholas Sparks.
